CTM BILLY 12” is a compact and reliable children's bicycle designed for young riders taking their first steps into cycling. Its 12-inch wheels and simple one-speed drivetrain make it easy to ride and control, while the durable Hi-Ten steel frame provides a solid and stable construction.

The bicycle is equipped with Alhonga V-brakes, a Torpedo Velosteel rear hub, comfortable CTM Baby saddle and steel handlebars. Its 12-inch wheel size is recommended for children with a height of approximately 80–110 cm.
